Ordering

Can I cancel my order before it is shipped?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 2 business days.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Australia. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 2-7 business days to be dispatched.


Some products may require extra shipping time due to the nature of the product or pre-orders.

GripSport bike racks are built to order and require additional dispatch time. Shipping for GripSport bike carriers is usually within 3-4 weeks from the date of order. Occasionally, and often due to seasonality, this can increase but we will endeavor to keep you updated when information is passed to us from the GripSport factory.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 21 days from the date of dispatch of your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Please contact us to be issued your RETURN NUMBER and postage details BEFORE sending your item to us.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds* are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

* Refunds must meet the terms of our refund policy.
