The Breaksafe Breakaway System has been engineered to engage the electric brake and brake lights on all caravans, trailers, horse floats, and campers in the event of accidental detachment.
The breaksafe battery recharges whilst driving through an auxillary line, or you can also use an external battery charger.
Each Breaksafe kit comes complete with a 7ah battery, coil cable breakaway switch and all mounting hardware, as well as full installation instructions.
In NSW it is mandatory to have a remote monitor fitted in your towing vehicle, this seperate part can be found HERE.
